Montana Real Estate, Grounded in Tradition and Prepared for the Future
Helping Clients Buy and Sell Properties in Southwestern Montana
In Montana, ownership has always meant more than possession.
It represents responsibility, independence, and the right to steward what is yours.
I primarily represent traditional buyers and sellers, guiding them through transactions grounded in local knowledge, long-standing relationships, and careful attention to detail. Montana real estate has always relied on trust, clarity, and a solid paper trail. I believe those foundations still matter.
At the same time, the world is changing.
More clients are beginning to ask thoughtful questions about digital records, privacy, identity protection, and emerging technologies that may influence how property ownership is documented and protected in the future. These conversations are no longer theoretical. They are already happening.
Some clients want a classic, hands-on transaction with face-to-face guidance and familiar processes. Others are curious about digital wallets, crypto-adjacent transactions, or how on-chain records may shape the future of property ownership. Both approaches deserve respect.
My role is to bridge these worlds carefully.
To protect what works, while preparing clients for change with clarity, discretion, and confidence.

What Clients have to Say…
“We worked with Stacy to sell one home and purchase another in Bozeman. It was a rollercoaster of emotions during a time of high demand in the market. We made the best offer we could on a home that was perfect for us but we lost to a stronger offer. Fortunately, Stacy was persistent and her relationship with the listing agent eventually put us back in the running. In the end, we purchased the home we thought we had lost. We then went through the process of selling our home which came with its own challenges. Stacy handled everything beautifully and what could have been stressful was a very smooth process. We are still so happy with the outcome of both transactions and we could not recommend her more!”
