Montana is more than mountains and big sky. It is a place shaped by people who understood that freedom is something you stand for and live out, not something you wait to receive.
That spirit is still alive here. It influences the way we think about property, responsibility, and what it means to build something that lasts. In Montana, ownership is not just a transaction. It is a commitment of stewardship to the land, to your neighbors, and to the values that give this state its character.
Today, that responsibility takes more than knowing how to write a contract or determine a boundary line. It means being able to navigate the familiar world of traditional real estate including relationships, paperwork, title work, local knowledge while also understanding where the ownership of property is headed. In case you are not aware...Montana (and the rest of the world) is stepping into a future where records may live on blockchain, identities may be verified digitally, and ownership may be secured in ways that feel completely foreign.
My job has become to bridge both worlds. To honor the trust and personal connection that my clients have always valued, while preparing them to transition to tools and systems that are emerging - with the goal of protecting their autonomy and privacy as fiercely as possible. Some buyers and sellers want a classic transaction with hands-on help, face-to-face conversations, and a clear paper trail. Others are beginning to ask about digital wallets, crypto/stablecoin transactions, the legality of on-chain records, and how future-proof their ownership will be.
Both of these worlds matter now. Both deserve respect. And both belong in a world that protects both property rights and personal information.
That is the purpose I hope to serve - one rooted in integrity and responsibility, fully capable of handling the way things have always been done, and ready for the way things are about to change.
"Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance, it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. Those who have known freedom and lost it have never known it again." - Reagan

What Clients have to Say…
“We worked with Stacy to sell one home and purchase another in Bozeman. It was a rollercoaster of emotions during a time of high demand in the market. We made the best offer we could on a home that was perfect for us but we lost to a stronger offer. Fortunately, Stacy was persistent and her relationship with the listing agent eventually put us back in the running. In the end, we purchased the home we thought we had lost. We then went through the process of selling our home which came with its own challenges. Stacy handled everything beautifully and what could have been stressful was a very smooth process. We are still so happy with the outcome of both transactions and we could not recommend her more!”
