I moved from Florida to Montana over a decade ago, and I still remember what it felt like to make that decision. It was exciting, uncertain, and a decade later I can say it was completely worth it. I love Montana and actually prefer winter time over summer.

Whether you are  relocating across the country, buying your first Montana property, investing, or selling a home you’ve owned for decades, I understand that real estate transactions are about more than just paperwork. They’re about life transitions, and my job is to make that process as clear and stress-free as possible.

After earning my broker’s license in 2024, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Paradise Valley, Livingston, Bozeman, and Southwestern Montana in general. I also support other agents behind the scenes, helping ensure their transactions close smoothly.

Beyond Traditional Real Estate

I am also passionate about how emerging technology is changing property ownership and transactions. I hold Propy certification, which allows me to facilitate cryptocurrency-based transactions for clients who prefer that option. This enables me to expand the pool of potential buyers for sellers, and offer more  flexibility for buyers.

Montana has positioned itself as a leader in blockchain-friendly legislation (SB265, SB330, SB212), which means we are ahead of most states in adapting to these changes.
