When I moved from Florida to Montana over a decade ago, I thought I was just changing locations. I did not expect to begin learning one of life’s most important skills… how to adapt when everything familiar no longer applies.

That lesson permeates my life, overall perspective, and work as a Real Estate Broker in Southwestern Montana. The Future of Real Estate

I am also passionate about the future of real estate and finance, particularly how blockchain technology is transforming property ownership, property rights, how we hold assets, and transact with one another. This can be a sensitive topic as innovation that creates massive change evokes both hope and fear. After a few years of courses and research, I believe hope can be the predominant approach if the blockchain landscape is navigated with care. Not all blockchains are the same, and understanding their consensus mechanisms and governance is crucial to achieving an optimal outcome with this technology.  As a Propy-certified broker, I am trained on a secure platform, which has facilitated over $8 billion in real estate sales in the last five years. Propy Title and Escrow is licensed in Florida, Arizona, and Colorado, with plans to expand to 18 more states by 2026. Living in Montana has taught me the value of self-reliance and stewardship, principles I bring to every transaction.
